Hi, I'm Victor Bautista.

I've been building software for over 30 years, since the days of my beloved Commodore 64, and for the last 4 or so I've brought language models into my day-to-day. My job is to make AI stop being just a wow! moment and start doing useful work inside teams and products.

I founded SocialDiabetes (14 years), Listen Doctor (2 years), and I've carved out time for my personal project GlucoTwin. I help startups and companies decide what makes sense to build with AI — ultimately, taking prototypes to production without dying in the attempt.

In my free time, as I mentioned above, I maintain GlucoTwin — a personal project on artificial pancreas and digital twin for diabetes — and tinker with MCP servers, agents, models and anything I think could be useful in the near term.
